LAKE VIEW BIBLE CHURCH
The church is not a building, but a community of believers, made up of people of all ages who live and serve by faith in Jesus Christ.
Sunday School is provided for all ages with small classes allowing for a personal study of the Bible from both a literal and practical view.
Worship Services focus on praising God in song, prayer, and the preaching of God’s unfailing Word. Sunday morning our traditional worship service is led by Art Lavoie, with Joni Lavoie skillfully combining God's Word with music and visual media.
Children’s Church and Vacation Bible School allows children the opportunity to praise God and learn about Him on their own level.
Venture Clubs - Youth and Children’s Wednesday evening ministry.
The goal of Venture Clubs is to engage our children and youth in a vibrant relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
Age specific groups:
Prayer Meeting in the middle of the week provides a refreshing break for people to gather and pray collectively for the needs of family, friends, our community and our world. A time of informal Bible study also serves as a reminder to live focused on the Lord.
Choir membership is open to anyone who enjoys serving the Lord through music. The Choir presents special music throughout the year. Choir rehearses on Sunday at 5:00 PM and is directed by Dave Bishop.

Sound and Audio Tape/CD ministry
The impact of music, videos, and teaching in our services is made possible by a team of talented volunteers who have a passion for using technology as a means of recording and sharing God's Word. This ministry has the responsibility of managing the sound system for the various church services and recording sermons on to Tapes and CD's as a service ministry to the Pastor and congregation. Greeters stand at the door and shake people's hands as they enter the church. It is a ministry that provides a warm welcome to worshippers and the visitors that God brings to Lake View Bible Church to let them know they are welcome. Contact Person is Kukhui Barber.
Family Fellowships bring a gathering of church people to enjoy food and fun in a relaxed home setting.
Church Picnic –This is an early autumn event with lighthearted activities for our children of all ages and delicious food from the best cooks in the church.
GriefShare is a ministry to bring healing and joy to grieving hearts and draw those who attend to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. This is a 6 week session that meets in the Spring and Fall.
GEMS is a special time for ladies to get together and encourage one another while learning from those of various walks of life. We enjoy crafts, outings, and many other activities, as well as supporting the missionary friends of the church.
Men’s Prayer Breakfast is open to all men. It is a time for men to get together for breakfast.
Study of our Christian history from historical facts as well as Biblical truths, and a time of prayer for any concerns. It is an informal gathering, and usually, we have a group of 12 to 16 who come together. It also provides opportunities for men to get better acquainted. Operation Christmas Child demonstrate God's love in a tangible way to needy children around the world, and together with the local church worldwide, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
